Any personal customer records that are being discarded will be destroyed prior to disposal, whether such records are contained in documents, films, negatives, disks, CDs, DVDS or other electronic media. Unclaimed portraits and negative images are held at our corporate office for a period of ninety (90) days in case of additionalcustomer orders. After 90 days, all portraits and negatives are shredded or otherwise destroyed.
